Native Plant Resources for Santa Clara Valley Residents

The mission of the California Native Plant Society is to conserve California native plants and their natural habitats and increase horticultural use of native plants. In order to build awareness on related issues amongst local residents, the organization plans to develop educational resources and public outreach programming on topics such as “Recommended Locally Endemic Native Plants for Local Butterflies,” “Plants that can Survive Irrigation with ‘Purple Pipe Water’ and Plants that Can’t,” Native Plants for Native Bees” and “Native Trees for the Home Garden.”
